The Challenge Ahead:

The FIFA Partnerships Team’s goal is to build relationships with football partners to connect with and captivate football fans across league, club, athlete and brand channels, driving mass awareness of EA's brands and acquisition of new players through creative activation. Reporting to the Football Partnerships Manager for Northern Europe; the main responsibilities for our next Associate Manager will be:

  • Delivering Culturalized Campaigns: Activating our rights with each partner to service our global campaign and local business goals, tapping into cultural relevance and fandom to embed EA SPORTS FIFA within football.
  • Building Relationships: Building relationships with important football partners and rights holders, strengthening EA's position in the market.
  • Providing In-Market Football Insight: Surfacing football and partner-related insights to all relevant internal departments and partners including business affairs, the development team, content production and commercial.
  • Driving Mass Awareness: Delivering accelerated growth amongst new players by connecting to and captivating football fans across league, club and brand channels.
  • Developing Standards: Developing standards for licensor, league and club activations that support economies of scale and maximize partnership value, campaign cohesion and reach.
  • Agency Collaboration: you will work with relevant agencies and resources to help bring our campaigns to life across partner activations.

  • Clubs and League Partnerships Activation Plan: Partner campaign planning as a combination of global campaign beats, live service support and marketing, communications and partnership activation.
  • Lead and innovate in the football conversation: Produce AAA and inspiring content and activations for the FIFA Brand.
  • Activate rights: Player appearances, Digital Campaigns, Matchday Assets and more, all activated throughout the season.
  • Create value for our partners and their partners: Surfacing partnership and activation opportunities.
  • Asset management and approvals: In coordination with the global production team and aligned with our agency partners.
  • Teamwork: Connect with Athlete Marketing, Business Affairs and other teams.
  • Requirements:

  • Sport marketer with 2+ years of experience in partnerships

  • Experience within all areas of marketing to manage integrated omni-channel consumer-facing campaigns

  • Football expert with a practical knowledge of the industry.

  • Can manage up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions.

  • US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

    BASE SALARY RANGES

    • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
    º $57,750 - $96,550

    Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
