An outstanding, full-time opening has become available at a law firm in the Boston, MA area for a Litigation Attorney with a background in Personal Injury, Construction, Commercial, Employment or Business Law. This position would earn a generous base salaryand great benefits including insurance benefits, hybrid options, PTO, and other great perks.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of Litigation experience including conducting Depositions, Mediations, etc. is a MUST
- Demonstrated experience running and managing own case load is a MUST
- Experience litigating complex Personal Injury, TBI, Catastrophic Injury, Construction, Corporate, Business, Commercial, OR Employment Cases etc.is a MUST
- Active MA Bar Admission is a MUST
- Additional Bar Admissions for RI or CT is a BIG PLUS
- Juris Doctor degree is a MUST
