The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Raytheon Technologies Finance is embarking on a multi-year journey to replace Hyperion, its legacy EPM tool, with OneStream, a market leading EPM platform. OneStream will be a technology cornerstone for Finance, helping drive harmonization and transformation of many of its core processes, including financial reporting, consolidations, planning and forecasting. This position will play a key role in helping lead this journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Raytheon Corporate, Collins, Pratt and Enterprise Services (ES) Finance organizations to help them define their future state processes and work closely with our implementation partner to translate those requirements into a solution design that helps transform its reporting, consolidation, planning and forecasting processes.

  • Work closely with the Program Management Office to help develop and execute detailed project plans with specific tasks, ownership and timelines.

  • Lead the Pratt & Whitney project team in the Build, Test and Deployment phases of the project, including the application build, historical data conversion, ERP data integration and report development workstreams, working closely with other project team members and our implementation partner in the execution of these workstreams.

  • Work closely with Pratt and ES Finance and DT leadership in execution of the project.

  • Support change management activities, including helping with the development and delivery of communication and training material

  • Help provide hyper-care support post go-live

  • Partner with our Finance customers to assist with developing and executing the roadmap for future project phases, including the Pratt FP&A organization to help drive transformation of their planning and forecasting processes in phase 2 of the project

  • Coordinate application maintenance activities for Pratt’s HFM applications to ensure updates are completed timely and meet quality standards until they are migrated to OneStream

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or IT

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Accounting / Finance / EPM, including 3+ years of experience working with Hyperion and/or OneStream in an admin role

  • Experience leading / managing EPM related projects and working closely with project customers in the execution of the projects

  • Strong Excel and / or Microsoft Access skills

  • Strong passion and acumen for technology and helping to drive change and transformation

  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute to established standards and procedures

  • Ability to travel if required

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Requires expert knowledge of multiple work areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Expert knowledge of market with the ability to identify best practices and how to best utilize within RTX.

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or

An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
