Associate Client Advisor Job at Leeds Resources
Our global wealth management client in Miami is looking for an Associate Client Advisor to develop and maintain ultra high net-worth client relationships. This position is in-office and requires Covid vaccination.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive client communication and anticipating client needs.
- Manage client accounts and provide high-touch personalized service to ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Liaise between client advisors and other departments.
- Document client communications in Salesforce, and keep client files and records up to date in database.
- Prepare and create documents, charts, spreadsheets, presentations and other materials for clients.
- Attend client meetings and act on deliverables, present updates in meetings.
- Monitor client investments, communicate and implement investment programs proposed by Client Advisors.
- Accept and process orders, rebalance accounts and correct fixed income maturities.
- Open accounts, transfer assets, monitor overdrafts, supervise and make bill payments, cash management, and account reporting.
- Assist with compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of work-related experience in wealth management
- Client-focused and highly responsive
- Strong accuracy and analytical skills, and strong attention to compliance
- Working knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary services, policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
- Goal-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, self-starter, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
