(Associate Attorney representing Condominium Association Representation doing condominium delinquencies) –
Motooka Rosenberg Lau & Oyama is an established law firm specializing in representation of Condominium and Community Associations looking for a delinquency collections attorney. Must have Hawaii license. Will work with a team of paralegals and legal assistants responsible for 200 to 300 open files. Responsibilities for files include demand letters, liens, district court actions and judicial foreclosures and monthly reports to clients on case progress. Experience with collections and FDCPA preferred, but not necessary.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
