Position and Compensation Summary:

Firm: Atherton Galardi Mullen & Reeder PLLC

Position: Mid-Level or Senior Litigation Associate

Salary: $130,000 to $180,000 (negotiable)

Bonuses: Bi-yearly working bonus, origination bonus, and discretionary bonus opportunities

About the Firm:

Atherton Galardi (www.athertonlg.com) is an established South Florida business litigation boutique seeking motivated lawyers who want to gain valuable experience working on interesting, high-stakes cases. We represent public companies, private equity groups, and closely held businesses in corporate governance disputes, M&A litigation, business torts, executive compensation and restrictive covenant claims, and class actions. We also represent large law firms in legal malpractice cases, and we defend national and regional news media clients in defamation and public access cases. Although most of our fee arrangements are hourly, we accept select contingency and incentive fee cases which expands the scope of business our lawyers can generate while creating substantial financial opportunities for both our attorneys and their clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Florida Bar admission/member in good standing
• At least 3 years of complex litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Deposition, hearing, and trial experience preferred
• Prior large law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience preferred
