This position has a compensation range of $61,660 - $74,916. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience.

We are seeking someone to join our Naturalizer International team in New York City as an Associate Account Executive. In this role, it is important that you are a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a passion for growing a career in fashion and footwear regarding the Naturalizer brand.
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Account Executive, you will:
- Market planning – creating line sheets and other market meeting tools, merchandising and receipt flow by month, inventory, pricing and competitive analyses
- Tracking marketing and brand building plans and calendars including specific spend by vehicle, activities, required collateral
- Supporting order entry and management and working closely with the Demand Planning/Operations team on all follow up
- Ensuring partner execution of all brand guidelines, visual merchandising directives, store design, marketing commitments, and all other aspects of brand management
- Collect sales reporting from partners and/or validate in Skypad
- Evaluate reports daily and monitor orders, research missing pairs, update ship dates, remove holds when needed, update pricing, and validate orders

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in retail, fashion, branding, international, consumer goods or services, or other related areas
- Fluency in Spanish or Japanese preferred; Mandarin, Korean, and other languages is a plus
