Assitant Distiller Job at Train Wreck Distillery

We are an award winning distillery in Mount Holly NJ who is expanding and seeks to fill an Assistant Distiller position. Distillery specific training provided. Shifts will range from 5to 8hours per day up to part time/full time. Scheduling flexibility is a plus. Pay will be determined on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working under supervision of the Production Supervisor
Maintaining and cleaning all equipment and production facilities
Assisting in all phases of the distilling process (ie. CIP/COP, grain handling,
mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, proofing, bottling and packaging, inventory
management)
Operating Boiler system for heating mash
Learn, develop, understand, and follow all standard operating procedures of the distillery.
Ability to work hard while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Reaching/Pulling/Pushing
Standing and/or Walking

Plumbing
Commercial Electrical
Forklift Certified
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
