Reporting to the VP of Treasury, this position is responsible for the oversight of the Company’s global cash and other financial assets, banking operations, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting. Additional responsibilities include managing the company’s bank relationships and due diligence and funding of acquisitions. The Assistant Treasurer will provide value-added advisory and strategic Treasury services for the company’s subsidiaries in all regions – The Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead global Treasury operations including cash management, debt management and compliance, intercompany funding strategies, and cash investment strategies
  • Improve, streamline, and automate global cash forecasting and modeling capabilities in order to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs, coordinating with FP&A team on three-statement modeling
  • Coordinate with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and procurement on working capital analysis and cash conversion improvement initiatives
  • Oversee treasury reporting requirements and bank reporting to senior management, and other internal stakeholders
  • Perform, monitor, and track various compliance and covenant reporting requirements of existing credit facilities
  • Lead in identifying financial risks (FX, interest-rate, etc.) and developing hedging strategies to mitigate
  • Oversee company’s monthly ABL reporting as well as the overall coordination of the annual field audit with admin management
  • Provide support for M&A initiatives including acquisition funding, pre-deal diligence and post-deal integration
  • Help establish and maintain company-wide Treasury policies/internal controls, including implementation of a SOX control framework
  • Partner with internal and external audit teams to execute all internal and external Treasury department related audits
  • Provide insight on evaluating and implementing new bank technologies, products, and services to improve working capital and streamline company operations
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
  • Manage and develop team of two analysts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or MBA, CFA, Master of Finance, or CTP desired
  • Minimum eight to ten years of experience in Treasury, preferably at a global organization, with knowledge of best practices in cash forecasting and risk management
  • Analytical skills with experience in financial markets and cash forecasting
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to execute initiatives while balancing day to day objectives
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with and influencing senior leadership
  • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional energy, poise, and self-confidence
