Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
As an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher, you will:
- Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom functions smoothly.
- Partner with families to nurture and care for their children. Showcase your tech-savvy skills using daily electronic tracking to document children’s noteworthy milestones.
- Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep your classroom clean and safe.
- Prepare materials to be used for art projects.
- Offer individual support to students in small groups to promote understanding of more challenging concepts.
- Oversee the safety of the students inside of the classroom, during field trips, and on the campus
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
State of Georgia Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
