We're looking for an Asst. Store Manager for our busy boutique in Hoboken, NJ.

a X d is an under $100 shop in the heart of downtown, located just a few blocks from our higher end contemporary shop, alba. We are looking for a sales driven, organized person to be an ASM.

We've got an amazing team of stylists who are super talented—and we want to make sure they have a leader who can help them develop their skills even further.

You'll be responsible for leading sales, which means being a top seller/stylist, creating new clients and further nurture relationships with our existing clientele. You'll also be responsible for helping our stylists meet their goals by giving them feedback on what they're doing right (or wrong). It's important that they feel supported & appreciated everyday.

In addition to being a great leader and teammate, we need someone who can also make sure all of our day-to-day operations run smoothly. That includes creating schedules that work well for everyone involved as well as managing time off requests from employees. Finally, we want someone who will plan and execute store promotions. We love being part of such a bustling community and like to treat our clients with special events each month.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in retail management or customer service with strong attention to detail and communication skills. They should have knowledge about fashion trends or style trends—or at least be able to learn quickly! Most importantly, they should absolutely love working with people and be available on weekends.
