We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Payroll-Billing Coordinator to join our Licensed Home Care Agency located in Farmingdale, NY. Our Certified Home Health Agency and Licensed Home Care Agency share an office in Farmingdale, NY. Both agencies are a part of the Gurwin Healthcare System which is a full continuum of care providing extraordinary care and caring to the people that we serve. The Gurwin Healthcare System includes Fountaingate Gardens, our new Independent Living community, Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, Gurwin’s Assisted Living community, and Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, all located in Commack, NY, and Island Nursing & Rehab Center, located in Holtsville, NY.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year electronic payroll and billing preferred
- Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with the completion of all Agency payroll in a timely and accurate fashion, assistance with accurate and timely billing in compliance with contractual agreements, accounts receivable, collection activities, and providing excellent customer service.
