Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Monitor compliance with State Law and Steritech, sanitation, safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures .
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Proficient in assigning duties and scheduling shifts
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Works to ensure drive-thru goals are achieved and maintained.
- Provides performance feedback and recognition to all team members on an ongoing and timely basis with a coaching style.
- Complete online training (Zaxbys University) and maintain 100% completion.
- Servsafe Certified (preferred)
