SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,200.00

• Knowledgeable and energetic person needed to assist the salon manager in leading a local salon location with brand recognition and high foot traffic.
• Looking to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, where you will be able to meet and exceed commission goals for yourself as well as all stylists.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Salon Leader to Oversee Daily Salon Operations
• Schedule to meet business demand
• Retail Management
• Salon Financials – Goals, Manage Expenses, Productivity, Profit/Loss
• Salon sanitation and Hygiene protocols
• Lead the Team – by example, Hire, Train, Mentor, Inspire
• Provide Exceptional Client Experience
• Ensure all clients receive SmartStyle brand Moments of Truth
• Balance the walk-in and appointment schedules
• Ability to handle customer requests and complaints with grace
• Promote the salon to new customers as well as potential new employees
• Promote salon services, products, and discounts
• Achieve salon and personal productivity goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for the Hair Industry
• Current State Cosmetology License
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• Strong technical skills with ability to mentor, as well as a desire to learn new techniques
• Communicate effectively
• Salon Management Experience preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible schedules
