Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, delegating tasks to staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a managerial role. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the business.
• Provide feedback to management regarding employee performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
