SUMMARY:
Firetrucker Brewery is looking for a rockstar Assistant Taproom Manager to help foster our beer culture, customer experience and deliver on responsibilities. This person will be working alongside the Taproom Manager to elevate our environment that promotes our culture and values. We are looking for a passionate person who shares the same ideals of integrity, hard work, fun and a go-getter attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Connecting with customers to create the best possible experience
● Managing day to day activities and/or issues in the taproom
● Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
● Bartending with knowledge of beers on tap
● Managing, training and motivating staff
● Maintaining regular, consistent attendance and punctuality

QUALIFICATIONS:
● 2 years experience in service industry
● General beer knowledge
● Self-motivated, takes personal responsibility
● Detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workload
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, calmly react to stressful situations and customer complaints
● Ability to lift 35lbs
● Weekend and some Holiday availability

COMPENSATION:
● Wages will be based on experience
● Insurance - Medical and Dental
● Beer allowance
● Training available and compensated for Level 1 (Certified Beer Server) Cicerone program
