Responsibilities

*Prep and portion food for the service line; chopping vegetables, following recipes for sauces and salsas in a fresh from scratch kitchen daily, butchering meats *Hold team accountable during service, opening and closing *Ensure and assist team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met *Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place *Willingness to step up when needed *Work the service line along fellow team members. *Enaure Proper Sanitation standards are followed

Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Experience in fast paced environment *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Knife skills a must; back of house kitchen experience a huge plus *Servsafe certification, or willingness to obtain.
