Quality Inn and Suites located at 828 Wheat Drive in Bozeman MT, is hiring an assistant hotel manager.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Checking in and out guests, Making and canceling reservations, awnsering telephones, handling guest complaints and requests, checking daily reports, reconciling third party commission reporting, scheduling for front desk and housekeeping, training and correcting staff, hiring staff as needed, covering shifts as needed, submitting supply orders to GM, and able to do light shopping.
Assistant manager will have a front desk shift. The Shift is 7 AM- 3PM. AGM must be available to work weekends and holidays.
ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, have open availability, have previous hotel experience, have previous experience in a leadership role, must be able to delegate responsibilities, and must be able to take direction from superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $57,500.00 per year
