Eager Learner: Assisting with the daily operations of the General Manager and team leadership

Culture Creator: Create a successful culture focused on customers and profitability

Must Love Team Building: Assisting the General Manager with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, evaluating performance

Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and supplies. Oversees production, portion control, waste, and pilferage

Working Manager and Team Player who can jump in where needed

Full Time positions are available. Pay reviews are conducted annually.

Benefits: Full Benefits offered after 90 days of employment for Full Time Managers; Paid time off earned (based on how many hours worked).
