The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with coordinating, planning and evaluating quality patient care. The ADON will assume the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing in his/her absence.

Essential Functions:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with coordinating, planning and evaluating quality patient care. The ADON will assume the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing in his/her absence.
Education & Experience:
- Licensed as a RN in the state in Louisiana
- Current CPR and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of two years administrative/charge nurse experience and personnel management
