ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY
The Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s office has immediate positions open for new and/or experienced attorneys.
Salary will be based upon the New Mexico District Attorney’s Salary Schedule with the minimum salary range of $65,000 for an Assistant Trial Attorney to a Senior Trial Attorney minimum of $ 76,600. Salary will be based upon experience. These positions are located in the Carlsbad, New Mexico Office.
