- Lead the Training, Adoption, and Continuous Improvement Team and collaborate with the Assistant Director, Planning and Implementation and stakeholders regarding training for new project/initiatives.
- Establish relationships with vendors, District staff, and other stakeholders to improve training, and adoption and continuous improvements of technology solutions
- Continually review trainee/District feedback for enhancing/updating training for Continuous Improvement.
- Create and oversee the creation, modification and effective implementation of trainings.
- Supervise staff as assigned in the performance of job duties.
