Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Job at Samuel Staffing
I work for an Assisted Living Facility in Rockford, IL and we are looking for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team!
This is an opportunity to use your Nursing skills to plan, organize, develop, direct and delegate the overall operation of the Nursing Department.
How You’ll Make an Impact as an ADON:
- Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Aid in developing care plans and managing overall clinical operations of the Nursing Department.
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local standards.
- Keeping patient and employee records updated and accurate.
Must be licensed RN in the state of Illinois
Nursing service administration experience desirable!
