Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Assistant Director for Capstone International Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of study abroad programs, international partnerships, or international student services.

Additional Department Summary: The primary liaison between external constituencies and faculty, administrators, and staff on existing and new international partnerships; manages the MoveOn partnership database; and promotes, coordinates, and advises for a select group of external scholarships for international work and study with a focus on Fulbright Awards for students.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience with international programs, student services, and/or program management.

Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work with people from different cultures; excellent diplomatic and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer skills; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; knowledge concerning various external scholarships and sponsors of same.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education, international education, or appropriate related field; grant/contract/agreement writing experience; experience using technology for office/management solutions; experience working and/or studying outside of the US; proficiency in a foreign language.
