In this retail management position, you help make our coffee shop a fun place to visit and a rewarding place to work! You're a people person at your core, and it shows as you interact with countless customers and offer guidance to your team members. Every day, you work alongside your team and store manager to keep our shop running smoothly. You want our customers to have the best experience possible, so you ensure every employee looks professional and provides high-quality customer service. Your goal is to uphold our quality standards while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.

Motivated to excel, you train your team on the best service practices and coach them on how to correctly prepare drinks using our coffee equipment. You also advise your team on how to interact with customers and deal with any problems that arise. As needed, you assist with hiring and training new employees. You effectively coordinate weekly work schedules according to employee availability, making sure all shifts are well-staffed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ASSISTANT COFFEEHOUSE MANAGER

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience working in a high-volume coffee shop, restaurant, or drive-thru
