Balanced Home Care is looking for a Weekly ON CALL caregiver to float shifts at any of our Southeast MI Independent Senior Living Facility locations:

The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of RECENT facility caregiving experience. You must have your own reliable transportation as this is a traveling position.

If you work another job full time this is not the position for you.
This is a permanent position with growth opportunities for the right candidates.

This person will be on call for 5 days per week, two shifts per day.

Schedule: You will be on call Friday through Tuesday, for the morning and midnight hours.

Compensation: You will receive a $300 per week bonus for simply being on call for the required shifts. When you get called in to work a shift, it will be paid at $16 per hour. At minimum, you will make the $300 bonus per week.

Expectations: If you agree to take this position, you must have availability to cover shifts last minute. While at times, we may be able to give you notice that a shift is open, it does still require true “On Call” that can happen at moment’s notice. When and if you are called in to cover a shift, you must be there within an hour.

Our locations throughout metro Detroit that you would travel to, Brighton, St Clair Shores, Sterling Heights, Novi and Farmington Hills.
