<p>Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service<br> Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects<br> Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by initiating and encouraging actions to prevent external and internal theft<br> Monitor large shrink areas in stores<br> Report incidents to the asset protection manager<br> Support customer and associate relations through communication and training<br> Provide credible court testimony<br> Identify areas of high theft<br> Verify compliance with corporate policies<br> Promote and follow company initiatives<br> Maintain flexibility to work any shift, overtime and weekends on a regular basis<br> Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation</p>
