We are actively looking for a full-time Assessment Specilalist to provide support for SAGE. This position will also:

• Assist the Clinical Department in dispatching for assessments
• Coordinate assessment schedules
• Manage calendars; meeting links
• Provide administrative support to Clinical Team

The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in an office setting.

This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. This a remote, work-from-home position - but candidates must reside in Arizona.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• Proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record systems
• Strong Customer service experience
