Assembler Core Functions:

  • Assemble and test sensors for robotics, automation, & aerospace applications, in a cleanroom environment.
  • Assemble components needing radial play or requiring contact angle and making adjustments to specifications.
  • Shield assemblies, which may include oil lube using dip and drain methods or drop method by specification.
  • Quality inspection and gaging of components.
  • Light assembly and testing of electronic speed and position sensors.

General Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical & advanced certifications preferred
  • Above average mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
  • Strong ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • High attention to detail for premium aerospace products.

Physical Requirements:

  • Use of hands, legs, both near/far vision, and hearing test. Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 30 pound. Requires extensive periods of walking and standing.
