  • Equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Use of miscellaneous hand and measuring tools, gauges, test equipment, power lift equipment and possible tow motor operation.
  • Parts preparation, labeling, movement and tracking.
  • Inspection and quality tracking and reporting.
  • Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
  • Conformance to production and administrative procedures.
  • Enhancement of existing processes.
  • Must be able to communicate with leaders and work well with others in a team environment.
  • Beyond the tasks directly involved with building Nordson products, responsibilities include:
  • Interfacing with customers (both internal and external)
  • Training co-workers
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Timely and accurate processing of paperwork
