Job Description:
Position Summary:
Assembles and tests all departmental products per work order, product drawings or instructions from Production Supervisor or Lead person.

Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Full product assembly knowledge of all products produced in department
- High level of assembly skills
- Capable of working independently and using judgment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- High level of manual dexterity
- Ability to utilize tools as needed for assembly and measurement
- Ability to apply and use required forces (i.e.: 40 lbs. of material lifting)
- Excellent work record (i.e.: Attendance, Attitude and Productivity)
- Ability to work overtime when required
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test all levels of product produced in department
- Experience building MIG guns
- Ability to read prints
- Ability to use small hand tools
- Interpret work orders and product drawings to produce product
- Work independently or in a self-directed work group
- Maintain departmental inventory
- Pull stock as required
- Work efficiently to attain realization goals
- Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
