Shift & Pay:
- 2nd: 4:30 PM to 3:00AM Mon- Thurs- $25.00 per hour
- Possible overtime on Friday- Sunday
- Peak Pay:
- $1.00 increase to base pay for every hour worked through end of April 2023
- $2.00 increase to base pay for every hour worked from May 2023 to end of December 2023.
- Base Pay: $25.00/hr.
- Referral: $2,500 paid after referral works 60 days completed on assignment
- Retention Bonus: Opportunity to earn $1,000 every 3 months (*attendance requirements apply)
- Reimbursements: $100 yearly weather gear reimbursement for forklift positions working outdoors and $150 boot voucher.
As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for using handheld pneumatic tools to assemble and packaging agriculture machinery and equipment by following work instructions per product build, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and safety. You'll work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that our products are delivered on time and with precision.
Ideal Candidate:
- Completed High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 35lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for full shift
- Ability to be trained and use hand tool
- Have mechanical ability or interest
