Education and Qualifications:

  • B.S/B.A with 1 year of experience or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the administrative field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP as plus
  • Display a global mindset with the ability to work across different cultures.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
  • Strong administrative/ organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and work under little or no supervision.
