We are seeking full-time or part-time Armed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team.

The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

We work primarily in the cannabis industry, but we only work with fully licensed and legally operating businesses.

Available shift times are 3:00pm - 11:00pm daily. Additional hours available by request.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to enforce security procedures
• Conduct patrols and perimeter checks
• Maintain command presence and customer service
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Guard Card Permit through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS)
• Training certificates to support active Guard Card (40-hour certificates and 8-hour continuing education courses)
• Valid Exposed Firearm Permit
• 21 Years or Older
• Reliable Transportation
• Cell-phone that can receive text messages and has internet access
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:

• American Red Cross CPR certification (We can help get this)
• Customer service oriented
• Retail Experience
• Active Listening and Critical Thinking

Pay & Benefits:

• Position starts at $18.00/hour, ranging up to $20.00/hour after 90-day evaluation and performance review
