What You’ll Do

• Develop annual local marketing plans in partnership with Doctor, Practice Director, and media team to deliver against new patient goals and community awareness.
• Manage multimillion dollar marketing budget which includes doctor referral marketing, school/community partnerships, sponsorships, digital media, social media, local PR and traditional media such as radio, billboards, direct mail, and local store marketing.
• Oversee all media allocation and calendar planning for all locations in assigned region.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and hindsight’s.
• Collaborate in the creation and implementation of the annual promotional and event calendar.
• Develop local promotions and events to drive incremental leads.
• Oversee the planning and support of grand opening and anniversary events.
• Develop first-hand knowledge of market dynamics and opportunities by spending time in the market identifying potential business and corresponding marketing programs.
• Manage the ongoing local market competitive analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop and execute marketing strategy for assigned region, supporting production volume of in excess of $30m
• Submit and track all new vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, and payments Accounts Payable.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five (5) years of experience working in a field marketing or a related sales/marketing role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
