Area/Department Service Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture, while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
- Engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
- Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
- Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
- Onboarding, training and developing associates
