Energy 1 is seeking full time, year round, Licensed and/or Apprentice HVAC Install Technicians to join our rapidly growing team in Jackson, WY.

As part of the Energy 1 team, you will bring your experience and aptitude for great customer service to perform HVAC installation, service and maintenance duties for high-end custom residential and commercial clients.

Specifically, you will:

• Perform skilled HVAC install duties in the construction, diagnosis, repair, installation of client heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities.
• Read plans, communicate with construction team, and perform other related duties.

Preferred Knowledge:

• Standard/best practices of the HVAC and Refrigeration trade
• Theory of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Materials, methods and tools used in the operation and construction of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Manual and electrical tools and equipment applicable to the HVAC and refrigeration trade
• Health & Safety regulations
• Proper methods of storing equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

• Construction and/or HVAC experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious and creative, have a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, and able to collaborate in a team setting

Licenses and Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License required to drive a company vehicle.
• P.A. Refrigerant Certifications Type I, II, III or Universal helpful, but not required.
