Appointment Setter Job at Northside Concepts
Northside Concepts is seeking several Appointment Setters to join our growing remote team. You will be working alongside our Customer Success and Sales teams to schedule appointments for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and current customers via email, and over the phone
- Provide the highest level of customer service during all client interactions
- Inform employees of appointments scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled in a timely manner
- Accurately determine client needs and goals so that appointments are scheduled with the correct team member
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications
- Ability to work independently
- Must have reliable internet access
