We are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate MUST have a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. It is also important that the selected candidate is a team player and has a great personality! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for clients and customers.
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments.
- Provide customer service to clients and customers.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with appointments.
- Update appointment calendars as needed.
- Follow up with clients and customers to confirm appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
