Application Analyst II
Job Summary:
- The Applications Analyst II Works collaboratively with physicians, physician offices, nurses, clinicians, departmental leadership, Information Systems and other hospital staff to clarify needs, prioritize requests, resolve issues, recommend workflow enhancements, and execute change and adoption management of the EMR and other healthcare information technology, documenting current workflow processes, performing gap analysis, and identifying needed process changes to ensure compliance with the use of technology to optimize care delivery. Processes and effectively communicate process enhancements and changes, assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC, Server and Network performance. Providing excellent customer service at all times. Repair, install, and support development and implementation of projects and new installations.
Educational/Licensing:
- A+, Network +, MCP (Required)
- BS in Computer Science, or MIS or similar field
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience, 10 years preferred
Hourly Base Rate: $36.07 - $50.52
Shift: Days
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
