Summary:
The Integration Programmer is a technology savvy individual with knowledge of industry trends and best practices and applies them successfully in his/her areas of work. This person will be a member of CDW team that will document use cases from a work intake, development, support, and standards perspective to support the enterprise clinical data warehouse product roadmap for CHS. This person will function as a technical consultant on configuration and good understanding of databases, programming languages like python. This person will document requirements analysis, solutions design, estimation, and development of new (CDW) use cases and processes created in GCP as well as maintenance and support of existing ones. This includes maintaining accurate documentation for data flows, connectivity specifications, routing, filtering, data manipulation, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and change control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Authored or maintained technical documentation used for all phases of GCP(CDW) processes: analysis, design, development, unit testing, integrated testing, go live support, change control and downtime procedures.
  • Design and develop cdw use cases or integration solutions according to the project scope, scalability, portability, and best development practices given constraints such as limited client resources, time deadlines, and technological impediments
  • successfully apply modifications to existing use cases to enhance functionality or improve integrity and confidence in Analyical tools (Looker)
  • Collaborate with Managers/business partners to ensure that the timelines are met and solution is developed as per the architecture.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, logical reasoning, problem solving, verbal, written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. This includes consistently providing accurate estimates.


Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelors degree or 2 years of additional experience can be substituted for education.

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Required Experience:

5 years of Information Technology experience.
1 year of Application Systems Programming
2 years experience with relational databases (oracle or msql)

Preferred Experience: Experience with Anaylitical tools cognos, looker, BI

Computer Skills Required: Proficient in Transact-SQL and/or PL-SQL coding including stored procedures, triggers, indexes, cursors, functions, etc.
