Apartment Manager Job at Landmark Management Group, Inc.
Detailed-oriented Manager to oversee and operate our two affordable apartment communites in Gila Bend, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Office Suite working experience, great mathematical (bookkeeping) skills and organization.
Manager Responsibilities:
- Processing Applications for Move-In
- Collecting Rents
- Cleaning and Showing Vacant Units
- Day to Day Operations of an apartment complex.
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Manager Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Have Office Experience (3 year minimum)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pass Computer Assessment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
