Position Summary
The Analyst V applies professional mastery to develop key/pivotal application solutions in leading edge or critical situations, on projects/engagements/proposals of strategic significance within ADUSA. As a mid-level expert, leads and oversees the highly complex management of non-SAP (legacy portfolio) financial application solutions. Partners with IT to provide direction and alignment on the legacy domain strategy, ensuring business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner and in accordance with corporate standards. Manages business priorities and complexities, ensuring processes are performed in the most efficient/cost-effective manner to deliver exceptional service the business and Brands.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Has extensive experience in several business units or functions in order to be able to critically think through the key intersection points on a cross functional end to end process basis. Demonstrates a high level of expertise and a full understanding of the business environment.
Translate business process requirements to technical specifications/development requirements, partnering closely with IT leadership to ensure requirements are properly defined and developed, delivering the agreed upon benefits.
Directs and advises other professionals related to non-SAP financial application processes.
Makes decisions by applying advanced principles, theories and concepts requiring extensive technical and financial acumen.
Plans broad objectives across multiple projects and functions across the entire US business and ensures implementation through other leaders.
Actively leads through vision, providing leadership for project / function through direct application of expertise, through consultation with others and/or through leadership team.
Applies high level of expertise and core competencies gathered across large segments of the business unit or function to solve problems.
Lead the develop and document process configuration best practices, create and maintain process and solution documentation. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios.
Work collaboratively with the business stakeholders and vendors to ensure the application is accurately reflecting the process and leads the way towards standardization of process on a cross functional best practices basis.
In vendor managed services review the technical specifications for accuracy, quality and adherence to ADUSA IT technical standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 10+ years relevant experience Understanding of financial and accountancy terminology and processes Expert analytical skills with the ablity to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate signifcant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Expert at queries, report writing and presenting findings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence leadership
