Job Title: Analyst, Data Privacy Operations
Job Location: Hershey, PA or Remote
This position is open to 100% remote.
Summary:
Assist, support, and respond to Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) requests that The Hershey Company received. The Hershey Company’s Information Services (IS) department supports these critical operations to support our legal & business partners in driving growth, consumer engagement, and compliance.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor all requests, forms, and ID documents received via OneTrust DSAR system.
- Send out applicable acknowledgements and other responses in a timely manner.
- Liaison with applicable teams and systems to collect and process requests as required.
- Perform any actions required to fulfill personal data requests. Those actions could include but not limited to: deleting data out of enterprise systems, exporting data from multiple systems, communicating with consumers.
- Support the up-to-date documentation of data compliance documentation.
- Ensure a smooth an effective customer experience.
- Provide support to wider compliance team with compliance administrative items as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with Data Subject Requests.
- Experience working in a shared services environment.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Computer literate – Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Operational experience with Adobe Experience Platform, OneTrust, or other applicable systems preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field strongly preferred.
- OneTrust application certifications strongly preferred.
- CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT certifications preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other applicable advanced degree preferred.
