Job Summary

Tracks, monitors, and reports the movements and changes in inventory independently and in conjunction with Warehouse/Materials Analysts and Financial Analysts.

Job Description

This position works a hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday, where Mondays and Fridays are work from home and Tuesday-Thursday attend an office in Big South Region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establishes, prepares, and maintains presentations and reports to track the movement of inventory to support Supply Chain.

  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports for Business Operations, Warehouse/Materials and Finance Management.

  • Identifies and recommends solutions for inventory issues.

  • Supplies data and statistics for audits.

  • Works with Procurement senior management, Technical Operations, Construction, and Network Maintenance departments to effectively communicate statistical and data analysis.

  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends/additional hours as required by business needs.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel including: VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, build pivot tables, sort/filter, and copy/paste.

  • Experience using Oracle is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of P2 and SmartSheet is a plus.
