Bravo Delta Logistics DSP* is now hiring delivery drivers to join our "Bold & Diverse" team - no experience required! We provide on-the-job training, safe company vehicles (2020 sprinter vans), retirement and insurance benefits, and opportunities for leadership and advancement including DOT Commercial Driver training if desired.
Basic Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Current valid driver's license - a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required
  • Good driving record
  • Ready to begin work at 6:00 am! (Ten hour shift from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate the company-provided vehicle safely and professionally at all times.
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Load vans and deliver packages with care, in varying weather conditions
  • Tech savvy: Use the company-provided smartphone for GPS, customer delivery notes, and safety monitoring. Use "ADP" scheduling/ payroll application to manage check shift schedule and manage time clock. Communicate through "Discord" chat / instant message program
  • Work up to 10 hours per day and 2-4 shifts weekly. Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Full-time drivers work four shifts. Part-time drivers work two or three shifts per week after required training.

Compensation & Benefits Drivers average $22.20-$24 per hour with bonuses. Pay is biweekly starting at $22.25 per hour. You are immediately eligible for bonuses and incentives including:

  • Up to $3000 sign on bonus for eligable new hires

  • Safe driving bonus of $1 extra per hour worked weekly (approx. $2000 annually)
