Scratch House Pub is look for a AM prep cook. The ideal prep cook were looking for, is one that can also turn on the equipment, make a prep list making the correct pars, heating up daily sauces and soups. As well as working on the line and prepping for the daily needs. The prep cook is committed to safe food handing, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and prepares food with proper safety equipment, tools and recipes specs with further directions from management. The prep cook is also responsible for knowing the food in the storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk in freezer, also keeping the dry storage organized. Prep cook also maintains the dishwasher station. The prep cook assists the line cooks and chefs with a variety of preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing other ingredients, putting together completed entrees, making salad mix, meatloaf, potato salad etc.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
