We are in search of an administrative assistant to support our office manager for our top-ranking real estate team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond”, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Compensation:

$14 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Do administrative duties like preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, answering phones, talking with customers, taking minutes, etc
  • Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
  • Purchase office supplies including marketing materials, cards for important dates, and office equipment
  • Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
  • Establish and maintain all systems for buyers, sellers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
  • Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on listing and transaction management
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications
  • Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
