Directly accountable for the coordination of feeding research cattle in a timely and correct manner. Responsible for making daily feed calls in the absence of the main feed caller. Responsible for upkeep and day to day maintenance of feed delivery equipment and facility. Responsible for animal health duties in the absence of animal health personnel. Assist graduate students with relevant research trials. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus four years of experience operating small or large agricultural machinery and/or providing care for livestock animals (or Associate degree in a related field plus two years of experience). Ability to work around large animals necessary. Knowledge of farm equipment use and maintenance essential. Good communication skills and basic computer skills required. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet University driving criteria.
