Afternoon/evening Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist - Full-time Job at Krupnick Counseling Associates
We are a friendly, psychotherapy office looking for a courteous, dependable, hard-working, self-directed front desk assistant to greet our clients, answer phones and provide various levels of administrative and customer service support.
Top candidates will be friendly, eager to learn and willing and able to take direction. The ability to multi-task with a smile will be the key to success with our company. The right person to join the team will be extremely dependable, responsible and have the maturity to work in an environment that demands confidentiality.
.Job Duties include:
-Greeting, assisting and scheduling clients at the front desk and on the phone
-Handling all incoming calls in a polite, confidential manner
-Collecting client insurance information and payments at the front desk
-Support and complete projects as directed by Senior Staff
-Basic filing, copying, scanning, mailing, formatting and faxing documents
-Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
-Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Full-time Noon to 8pm
